1、 Design requirements for smart bank card battery:

According to the requirements and specifications of bank cards, design batteries that are compatible with card printing. The batteries need to meet the appropriate thickness, electrical performance, and various testing requirements of the bank card. Match the requirements of the bank card with the battery design concept to ultimately achieve a reasonable, efficient, and safe battery solution.
2、 Design concept of smart bank card battery:
1. Change the traditional positive electrode material system, improve the electrical performance of single pole ultra-thin batteries, increase discharge rate and capacity, and reduce internal resistance.
2. Adjust the production process system, improve the battery thickness requirement (thickness control within 0.45mm), and achieve the requirement of twisting and bending after battery packaging card.
