Main functions of batteries
1. Energy density
The voltage of lithium manganese dioxide batteries can reach over 3V, which is twice that of ordinary batteries. For electrical appliances, this means that it can save power space and reduce weight.
2. Discharge performance
Even after long-term discharge, it still maintains a stable operating voltage, greatly improving the reliability of electrical appliances and achieving a maintenance free (basically no need to replace batteries) level.
3. Temperature characteristics
The application of high-quality and highly conductive organic electrolyte solutions enables the battery to operate normally within the temperature range of -20 ℃ to 60 ℃. Through special processes and formulations, it can also meet the working temperature requirements of -40 ℃ to 80 ℃.
4. Leak proof performance
The reliable sealing structure and the use of high-quality electro-hydraulic and positive and negative electrode active materials enable the battery to have good leak proof performance.
5. Job characteristics
Due to the interaction between organic matter and lithium, a protective film layer is formed on the surface of the lithium negative electrode, which is the fundamental reason why lithium batteries can maintain their performance unchanged for a long time. In addition, the precise and reliable battery sealing structure and the use of highly stable active materials enable the annual capacity reduction rate of battery self discharge to be controlled at a level below 2%.
